Coregia began in 2015 as a consulting and investment company in Lagos. Coregia Group LLC, formed in Virginia in 2024, now houses a licensed real estate advisory practice in the Washington region and a technology studio building the tools that practice runs on. One discipline runs through all of it: underwrite first, then act.

Founded Coregia in Lagos in 2015, formed Coregia Group LLC in Virginia in 2024, built the Maryland property portfolio from 2023, and holds real estate licenses in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
